Prewedding | Sichuan, China
The complete mastery of a craft doesn't end, but instead, it involves constant learning and growing and adapting to challenges. Straying away from the usual mood of my images, Simon and Noel's engagement session is more than the casual, raw and sometimes dramatic portraits - but rather a rich mental postcard with vibrant colours and oppulent culture that seamlessly fit in with the couple's personalities. It was an exciting challenge for me to take on, taking inspiration from Sichuan itself, without compromising my signature aesthetic and color palette. Tying things altogether to complete a new take and a visual breather for both new and old audiences to see.
